1. Order Process
I. Add your desired items to the cart. For products with selectable options such as size, please make sure to choose the correct specifications.
II. On the cart page, you can review your order details. If you have any special requests such as a receipt or gift bag, please leave a note in the remarks section.
III. Click the “Checkout” button to proceed. Enter your shipping information and select a payment method.
IV. Depending on the payment method, you may be redirected to an external site. Please follow the instructions on that site to complete your payment.
2. Delivery Time
In-stock items will be shipped within 4 business days after order confirmation.
For made-to-order or out-of-stock items, shipping times are based on the lead times indicated on each product page.
If you order multiple items, we may ship the available items first.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Domestic Orders (within Japan)
Free shipping for orders over ¥33,000 JPY (tax included)
Flat shipping fee of ¥660 JPY for orders below that amount
Shipped via Yamato Transport
International Orders
Free shipping for orders over ¥150,000 JPY
Flat international shipping fee of ¥5,000 JPY for smaller orders
Shipped via UPS, fully insured
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days (varies by destination)
Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes may apply upon receipt

One free ring resizing within 180 days of purchase
