Eligible Returns and Exchanges
- Initial defects (including damage during shipping)

Non-Returnable Conditions
- Returns due to customer preference
- If more than 8 days have passed since receipt (including the date of purchase)
- If the item has been used, washed, or repaired by the customer
- If the item, packaging, or accessories are damaged or missing due to customer handling
Return & Exchange Procedure
If an initial defect is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or repair. If neither is possible, a refund will be issued.
