Do you have jewelry in stock?
Some items are available in stock, but this varies depending on the product. If you’re in a hurry, please feel free to contact us.
When will payment be processed?
Payment is processed once your order is confirmed. For credit card payments, an authorization check occurs upon checkout, and the actual charge is made when we accept your order.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Yes, orders can be canceled before production or shipment begins.
Can you issue receipts that comply with Japan's invoice system?
Yes, we can issue compliant receipts upon request. Please indicate “Receipt requested” and provide the recipient’s name in the remarks section of the cart.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, all items are carefully wrapped and ready to be given as gifts. We also include a SIXTH NIGHT original shopper upon request. Please mention it in the cart’s notes section if needed.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes, we accept fully custom orders by appointment at our store. Please feel free to consult us if you’re interested.
Please note, however, that we do not offer remakes using customers’ own jewelry or gemstones.
Can I customize an existing design?
We do not accept partial modifications to existing designs. Changes involving structure or motif require new design and prototyping, for which we offer custom orders instead.
Can I resize a ring after purchase?
Yes, we offer one free resizing within 180 days of purchase. However, certain designs such as those with Japanese engraving or wide bands may require a paid service.
Can a ring be resized into a pinky ring?
To preserve the ring’s structure, resizing is generally limited to ±2 Japanese sizes. Significant changes may not be possible depending on the design or material.
Can earrings be converted to clip-ons or vice versa?
No, since both are designed with specific structures in mind, we do not offer post-purchase conversions between earrings and clip-ons.
Can I request repairs for muska jewelry?
Yes, muska jewelry is eligible for repair, maintenance, and cleaning just like SIXTH NIGHT products. Feel free to contact us with confidence.
I received a damaged product. What should I do?
If your item is found to have an initial defect or was damaged during delivery, please contact us within 8 days of receipt via the contact page. We will assist you promptly.
There seems to be a scratch on the gemstone.
Natural gemstones may contain inclusions—unique traits formed by nature. These add to each stone’s individuality and are not defects.
If you believe the mark is not an inclusion but an actual flaw, please contact us within 8 days of receipt.
