■Jewelry products

Most jewelry products will be shipped within 2-4 weeks from your date of purchase since they are made to order.
However, in-stock items such as one-of-a-kind jewelry, general goods, and books will be shipped within 4 days.
In addition, some products are stocked in our physical store. We can ship these items upon request. Please ask about this via the Contact page.

Q. Can I place a special order for wedding rings or one-of-a-kind jewelry?

A. Currently, we do not provide custom order service online. Please make an appointment at our Tokyo salon, The Sixth Night, via the Contact page.

Q. Do you sell the same products in the physical and online stores?

A. Some products are sold in the physical store but not online. Of course, we can ship them specially for you if you wish. Please contact us via the Contact page.

Q. How can I get the stock information of the physical store?

A. It is not updated on the online store. Please ask about the latest information via the Contact page.

■Other products

General goods and books are also sold online, and they will be shipped within 4 days from the confirmation date of your order.

■Delivery date

1. Jewelry products

Made-to-order items will be shipped within 2-4 weeks from the date of your order and transit will take 5-7 days.
In-stock items will be shipped within 4 days from the date of your order and transit will take 5-7 days.
*Some products are stocked in our physical store even if they are not mentioned as in-stock items on the online store. Please ask about the latest information via the Contact page.

2. Other products

General goods and books will be shipped within 4 days from the date of your order and transit will take 5-7 days.

Q. Can you expedite the delivery date?

A. We may be able to expedite the lead time depending on the season, but production typically takes 2-4 weeks. Please contact us if you are in hurry.

Q. Can you ship on the same day of order?

A. Orders are not shipped for up to 4 days after order confirmation, even when we have the items in stock, because we usually do a last check and add finishing touches if needed.

■Payment

You can choose your preferred payment method from the following options.
All payments are made securely through Shopify or PayPal.

Credit card by Shopify Payment
Visa, Mastercard, American Express
Please choose this option to pay by credit or debit card. With Shopify Payment, you will not be redirected to an external website, so you can have a seamless payment process.

PayPal
Please choose this option to pay by credit card or the bank account registered with your PayPal account. With this option, you do not need to enter your credit card number or bank account into our site.

Apple Pay & Google Pay
They are available when you are shopping with your mobile phone or tablet.
You can use your address and payment information which are registered in your phone.

*Amazon Pay and bank transfer payment are available only in Japan.

Q. Do I need to pay in advance?

A. We ask to pay when you place your order in our online store.
Your payment will be confirmed upon completion of your order (it may take a few days for the payment to be charged to your credit card or PayPal account).

Q. Which currency will I pay in?

A. Your payment will be made in Japanese yen, US dollar, euro or Great Britain pound. You can choose your preffered one by changing the currency drop-down in the menu.
Please note that all prices which are shown in currencies other than JPY include conversion fee (1.5% for US and 2% for other countries), on the other hand, 10% sales tax is deducted from them.

Q. Can I pay by Amazon Pay?

A. We accept Amazon Pay with accounts of Amazon.co.jp only. If you have an Amazon.co.jp account, you can use it. However, this option is not available with other accounts.

Q. Do I have to pay taxes?

A. Sales taxes in Japan are not charged to international orders. However, customers may incur some duties or taxes payable on delivery, depending on your country's import laws.

■Shipping fee

We will ship your order via a secure carrier, such as UPS or Japan Post with tracking and insurance. In some cases, shipping will be free.

■Delivery

Your order will be shipped via UPS or Japan Post. When we dispatch, we will notify you of a tracking number.

■Cancellation

You can cancel your made-to-order items if you notify us before we begin making them.
We also accept cancellations of stocked items if you notify us before we ship your order.
Please notify us of cancellation requests via the Contact page, and include your order number.

Q. How will you refund my payment when I cancel my order?

A. We will refund the payment to the original payment account. Once the refund is complete, we will notify you by email.

■Return and exchange

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference.
In cases when the item arrives defective or is incorrectly shipped by us, we will accept returns or exchanges at our expense.
However, if the product is not found to be defective upon inspection, it will be returned to the customer as is.

Also, if there is any damage caused to the product during delivery, please contact us.

*The following cases are ineligible for returns or exchanges:
1. Items that are used, worn, washed, cleaned, or repaired (excluding items that have been tried on only briefly indoors).
2. Items that are damaged or defaced by the customer.
3. Items whose packaging or accompanying goods are lost, damaged, or defaced.

Return period
Returns can be made within 7 days after receipt of the item.

Return method
Please contact us via the Contact page. Refunds will be made to the original payment account. Otherwise, exchanges can be made for the same product.

Q. Can I return or exchange the product if a problem occurs after using it for a while?

A. If the problem occurs after use, the jewelry will not be eligible for a return or exchange but may be eligible for a free repair. Please refer to the attached warranty card for the warranty policy.

Repair

Q. There seems to be a scratch on the surface of the gemstone.

A. We prefer to use natural stones that have a unique look created by nature. Most of these stones have inclusions like crystals inside them. These stones may appear to have scratches or inclusions on the surface depending on how the light hits them, but they are not, in fact, cracks or chips. We check each natural stone carefully with a loupe and re-polish them. Even after the product is finished, we check each product again before shipping it.

Q. I lost my warranty card. Can you reissue it?

A. We are sorry, but we do not reissue warranty cards. However, if we can confirm the date you bought the item from our store, your jewelry will still be eligible for warranty.
