■Jewelry products

Most of jewelry products will ship out 2-4 weeks from your date of purchase since they are made to order.
However, in-stock items like one-of-a-kind jewelry, general goods and books will be shipped within 4 days.
In addition, some products are stocked in our physical store. We can ship these items upon your request. Please ask us via Contact page.

Q. Can I place a special order for wedding rings or one-of-a-kind jewelry?

A. Currently, we don't provide custom order service online. Please make an appointment for our salon in The Sixth Night in Tokyo via Contact page.

Q. Do you sell same products in the physical store and online store?

A. Some products are not sold online but in the phisical store. Of course, we can ship them if you wish. Please contact us via Contact page.

Q. How can I get the stock information of the physical store?

A. It is not updated on the online store. Please contact us about the latest information via Contact page.

■Other products

General goods and books are also sold online and they will be shipped within 4 days from the date of confirmation of your order.

■Delivery date

1. Jewelry products

Made-to-order items will be shipped within 2-4 weeks from the date of your order and transit will take 5-7 days.
In-stock items will be shipped within 4 days from the date of your order and transit will take 5-7 days.

2. Other products

General goods, books and other stocked items will be shipped within 4 days from the date of your order and transit will take 5-7 days.

Q. Can you expedite the delivery date?

A. We may be able to expedite the lead-time depending on the season while it will basically take 2-4 weeks for the production. Please contact us if you are in hurry.

Q. Can you ship on the same day of order?

A. We take 4 days at most after the confirmation of your order until shipping even when we have a stock because we usually do a last check, and add a finishing touch if needed.

■Payment

You can choose your preferred paymant method from the following options.
Any payment is made securely by Paypal or Shopify.

Credit card (by Shopify Payment)
Visa、Master、American Express
Please choose this option when you want to pay by your credit or debit card.

Paypal
You can pay your credit card or bank account registered on your Paypal account.

Amazon Pay and bank transfer are available only in Japan.

Q. Do I need to pay in advance?

A. We ask to pay when you place your order in our online store.
Your payment will be confirmed upon completion of your order (it may take a few days for the payment to be charged to your credit card or Paypal account).

Q. Which currency is applied to my payment?

A. Your payment will be made in Japanese Yen and your card issuer or Paypal will convert the price to your currency. Currency converter on our store is for reference only.

Q. Can I pay by Amazon Pay?

A. We accept Amazon Pay with accounts of Amazon.co.jp only. If you have your account of Amazon.co.jp, you can use it. However, other accounts are not available.

Q. Do I have to pay taxes?

A. Any tax in Japan is not charged to your order. However, customers may incur some duties or taxes payment on delivery depending on your country's import laws.

■Shipping fee

We will ship your order via secure carrier like UPS or Japan Post with tracking and insurance. In some cases, shipping fee will be free.

■Shipping

Your order will be shipped via UPS or Japan Post. When we dispatch, we will notify you of a tracking number.

■Cancel

You can cancel your order if you notify us before we begin making made-to-order items.
Also, we accept your cancel for stocked items before we ship your order.
When you want to cancel, please tell us via Contact page with your order number.

Q. How will you refund when I cancel my order after a payment?

A. We refund to the original payment method. Once we finish refund, we will notify you by e-mail.

■Return and exchange

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for your personal preference.
In case that the item is defective or incorrectly shipped by us, we will accept return or exchange at our expense.
However, if the product is not initially defective after our inspection, it will be returned to the customer as it is.

Also, if there is any damage to the product during delivery, please contact us.

*The following cases are ineligible for returns or exchanges:
1. Items are used, worn, washed, cleaned or repaired, except try-on in a room.
2. Items are damaged or defaced by the customer.
3. Package or provided goods are lost, damaged or defaced.

Refund will be done to your original payment account. Otherwise, we exchange to the same product.

Q. Can I return or exchange the product if a problem occurs after using it for a while?

If the problem occurs after using the jewelry, it will not be eligible for a return or exchange, but may be eligible for a free repair. Please refer to the attached warranty card for the warranty policy.
About repair

Q. There seems to be a scratch on the surface of the stone.

A. We prefer to use natural stones that have a unique look created by nature. Most of these stones have inclusions like crystals inside them.
These stones may appear to have scratches or inclusions on the surface depending on how the light hits them, but they are not cracks or chips.
We check each natural stone carefully with a loupe and re-polish them. Even after the product is finished, we check each product again before shipping it.

Q. Can you reissue a warranty card because I lost it?

A. We are sorry but we don't reissues a warranty card. However, when we can confirm the date you bought in our store, your jewelry will be eligible for the warranty.
