SIXTH NIGHT products come with a 90-day warranty, covering any manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. For full details, please refer to the warranty policy section below.

Repair

We offer repair and resizing services for both muska and SIXTH NIGHT jewelry. In addition, we provide complimentary refinement services, including cleaning and repolishing.

The time and cost for repairs may vary depending on the design and condition. For a quote, please contact us through our Contact page.

Ring Resizing

For rings with designs that allow resizing, we offer one complimentary adjustment within 180 days* of purchase.
This includes one-of-a-kind rings that were resized at the time of purchase, which may be adjusted once more free of charge within the same 180-day* period.

Please note that certain ring designs cannot be resized or may require a repair fee.

To preserve the ring’s shape, resizing is generally limited to a range of minus 2 to plus 2 Japanese sizes. The actual allowable adjustment may vary depending on the ring’s shape, thickness, and presence of engraving. Please consult us for specific guidance.

Repeated resizing may increase the number of seams, potentially compromising the original form or causing discoloration at soldered areas. To ensure longevity, we recommend keeping size adjustments to a minimum.

General Terms

This warranty policy outlines the coverage provided for jewelry products sold by The Sixth Night Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”).

Initial Defects

Definition of Initial Defect

Refers to defects or issues in manufacturing or shipping discovered within 8 days of purchase or receipt of the product.

Response to Initial Defects

If an initial defect is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or repair. If neither option is possible, a refund will be issued.

Initial Defect Reporting Period

If you discover an initial defect, please contact us within 8 days of the purchase or receipt date.

Product Warranty

If a failure occurs after the initial defect claim period due to a confirmed manufacturing defect, we will carry out repairs in accordance with our product warranty.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies to jewelry purchased at our stores, authorized retail locations, or our official online store.

Warranty Period

The warranty period is ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. For purchases made through our official online store, the warranty period begins on the shipping date.

Scope of Warranty

The warranty applies only to defects recognized as resulting from the manufacturing process. It does not cover damage caused by external factors such as friction, impact, drops, contact with chemicals, improper use or storage, or natural aging (wear and tear). In such cases, repair services are available for a fee.

Repairs

How to Request Repairs

You may bring the item to a directly operated store or authorized retailer, or send it via shipment.

Estimated Repair Time

Repairs generally require 4 to 8 weeks. However, the actual time may vary depending on the item and repair details.

Repair Costs

Confirmed manufacturing defects within the warranty period will be repaired free of charge. Repairs not related to manufacturing defects, or outside the warranty period, will incur a fee.
For shipments, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping to the designated location.

Conditions That Void the Warranty

The warranty shall be considered invalid in the following cases:

  1. If the product has been repaired or modified by a third party or by the customer.

  2. If the damage is due to improper use or storage.

  3. If the product has been transferred or resold to a third party.

Disclaimer

This warranty does not cover indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of the product.

Warranty Certificate and Proof of Purchase

Requirement to Present Certificate

To claim warranty service, please present your Warranty Certificate. For purchases made at our official stores or online store, presentation may be omitted.

If Certificate is Lost

Warranty service may be granted if the purchase date can be verified with a receipt or equivalent proof.
